Paul - UK ERSA Training Manager/Course Instructor
Paul has been stringing for over 25 years. He learned to string in his local sports shop before taking the USRSA Certified Stringer test in 1992. He upgraded to the Master Racquet Technician in 1993, and has remained an MRT since then. In 2015 he passed the ERSA Pro Tour Stringer level 1 & 2. He first strung at Wimbledon in 2004, and is now the Head Stringer of the Team. He became part of the Babolat UK stringing team in 2011, covering all levels of professional tournaments with in the UK. He has also strung at the French Open between 2011 & 2016; and in 2013 has worked with Priority 1 for the ATP Masters in Madrid, Rome and Paris Bercy.

Huw - Marketing & Promotions Manager
Huw has become part of the ERSA team to help with the administration, marketing and promotion of the association. He became an MRT in 2013, and worked at the WTA event in Nottingham in 2015. He is the official stringer for The Boodles, an exhibition tournament used in the run up to Wimbledon by some of the top names in the sport. Huw is an important part of the team in establishing contacts with major tennis centre and coaching groups.

Nick - Squash Manager
Nick is ERSA's global Squash Education Manager & Certification Examiner. A stringer since 1987, he is now a Master Racquet Technician (MRT), a Master of Racket Sports (MRS) and Pro-Tour Stringer (level 1-Tennis). He has extensive experience stringing on the Pro Squash Tour over the last 10 years including several World Opens/Championships, British Opens, World Super-Series Finals, the British, and Welsh Nationals. He is the contracted stringer at the Hurlingham Club in London, the UK's largest Tennis Club, that also has squash & badminton facilities. Nick has been a seminar leader at the International Alliance of Racquet Technicians Symposium in Florida and is a regular speaker at the ERSA symposium each year. He is a tester for CS (all sports), MRT (a pre-requisite for MRS) and MRS certifications. He co-designed the MRS qualification with Mark Goodman for ERSA, this qualification allows an existing MRT to upgrade to further include Badminton & Squash. His current project is to finalise the creation of CS and Pro-Tour level 1 certifications for Squash to bring all three sports into alignment.

Thierry - ERSA International Membership Manager
Thierry is the new to the ERSA family, and his role is to deal with all membership matters. Although new to the family, he has experience in tournament stringing having worked at several ATP/WTA Tournaments in Dubai; and was also a member of the 2021 Wimbledon stinging team. In the future he will be help the UK branch of the ERSA with running courses; and he's also expected to run course in his home land of South Africa
