ERSA Symposium 2019
The ERSA Symposium for 2019 will take place in Cambridge, UK from 5 April to 9 April 2018. It will take place at St Catharine's College, which is part of Cambridge University.
This is a great chance to meet up with other stringers & members from throughout Europe, and to discuss everything to do with racquets, strings and stringing. The presentations come from those with in-depth knowledge of every aspect of racquets; with previous contributors including Head, Yonex, Angell and Babolat, while regional managers have covered subjects such as marketing and use of social media.
There is plenty of opportunity to learn new skills under some of the best stringers in the world, and also to test yourself with a certification exam.
There will be accommodation available on the University Campus on a 1st come basis. There is plenty of other accommodation around the city, including budget hotel chains Travelodge and Premier Inn
Attendance costs are as follows -
ERSA Member - €149
ERSA eMember - €199
New Member* - €245
Non-Member - €279
*A new member is defined as someone who has never been a member of the ERSA
Each attendee will also receive a goody bag of string/grips from the supporting major brands; plus there is also the opportunity to win some great prizes in the annual raffle. Last year the top prize was a signed Marin Cilic Head racquet.
