Stringing courses are held in association, and with the support of with some of the biggest names within the tennis industry within the UK. Each stakeholder has their own place within the courses offered, and can offer something different to their customers. Apollo Leisure and Babolat help to supply resources so that the course are held using the best materials and tools; and Babolat stringing machines are used as they are considered the best in the world, and the easiest to use and learn on. The BTCA represent the tennis coaches, may of which use stringing as an extra income and an extra service to their clients. The LTA is involved at all levels of tennis within the UK, helping to promote all aspects of the sport. The TIA represent the tennis industry within the UK and covers manufacturers, suppliers and retailers. It also helps to promote the game, and to educate people with the latest information available, and where they can obtain the best service around. They also have they own register of racquet stringers.
APOLLO LEISURE - Apollo are the UK's leading racquet string and stringing machine supplier. They supply most of the major string brands including Babolat, Head, Tecnifibre and Yonex. They have a range of string machines, and associated tools. They are also responsible for running the stringing team at Wimbledon.
BABOLAT - Babolat are one of the leading string and racquet manufacturers in the world. They produce the world's best natural gut, along with well renowned stringing machines. Their products are innovative and ground breaking.
BTCA - The British Tennis Coaches Association the independent professional body for tennis coaches in the UK. Coaches with a recognised coaching qualification, including the LTA, PTR, RPT and ITA, are eligible to join as well as any foreign coach with a recognised qualification from their home federation. We also accept membership from Tennis Leaders & Assistants who have attended a minimum of two days accredited training with a recognised training body.
LTA - The Lawn Tennis Association is the governing body of tennis within the UK.
